Europe Services SE is the company that signs every EU appointment offered under the REP27 brand. It is a Societas Europaea, the European form of public limited company created by Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001, registered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague and active since 2014.
When a business outside the European Union appoints REP27 as its representative or responsible person, the written mandate is signed by Europe Services SE. Its name, postal address and electronic address are the ones that appear in the client's privacy notice, on product labels and on the certificates that anyone can verify online.
Most of the obligations REP27 covers require an entity established inside the Union. For the GDPR, the representative must be established in one of the member states where the people whose data are processed are located; a company in the Czech Republic serves clients whose customers are spread across the Union. For product rules such as the General Product Safety Regulation, the economic operator must simply be established in the EU.
Prague sits at the centre of Europe, the Czech Republic has been an EU member state since 2004, and the public registers make every detail of the company verifiable by anyone, free of charge, in a few seconds. That transparency matters: a representative that cannot be checked is worth little to an authority or a marketplace.

It also collects payments and issues all invoices for the REP27 services, including those whose UK or Canadian side is signed by the sister companies. Clients therefore have one contract and one invoice even when they need appointments in more than one jurisdiction.

Every appointment starts with a file: who the client is, where it is established, what it sells and to whom. A person reviews that file before anything is signed, usually within 24 working hours. If something is missing or does not add up, the client is asked before the designation is issued.
Once the file is complete, the statutory body of Europe Services SE signs the designation. The client receives a signed letter, a certificate with a QR code and a verification code, and the exact text to use in a privacy notice or on a label. The public verification page shows the company name, the service, the status and the validity dates, and never the client's internal data.
Europe Services SE is not a law firm and REP27 does not give legal advice. The company performs the roles that the regulations describe: it is the contact point for authorities and the public, it keeps the documents it must keep, and it forwards requests to the client promptly.
For questions that need a lawyer, Europe Services SE coordinates a network of partner law firms. This separation is deliberate: the representative remains a neutral contact point, and legal opinions come from professionals who are responsible for them.
The United Kingdom and Canada have their own rules, and an EU company cannot fulfil them. For UK appointments, the mandate is signed by REP27 LTD, company number 17385889, registered in England and Wales. For Canadian accessibility records under Ontario's AODA and the Accessible Canada Act, the documents are signed by Goldman Services INC, Ontario Corporation Number 1000334564.
Each company signs only in its own jurisdiction. UK documents show only UK details, EU documents only EU details, and a client that needs both receives two separate designations with two certificates and two verification codes.
